My Coaching Circle
LifeChronicles provides a wonderful vehicle for remembering a loved one. “LifeChronicles helps families heal and connect by videotaping the life stories of an elderly family member or a seriously ill loved one.” Having this precious film clip is a really wonderful tool in aiding family members and friends to go through the grieving process and heal. When they are ready, there is an important next step. At some point, the question is going to come up – “now what”, “what’s next”, or “how do I go on”? This is where the Life Coaching services of My Coaching Circle comes in. With TRANSITION and CHANGE being the crucial emphasis of this coaching service, clients are helped to identify, plan out and implement those next steps, all the while acknowledging the difficulties and emotional challenges that may still be influencing that process.
